Test MorrBot Alerts and Sounds

Check browser-source connectivity, audio routing, media limits, and a safe test before going live.

Test the delivery path

  1. Confirm the MorrBot overlay browser source is visible in a test scene.
  2. Open Alerts or Sounds and save one short, supported media file.
  3. Set a conservative volume.
  4. Use the dashboard test for that exact event or sound.
  5. Watch the program output and listen to the stream mix.

If video appears without audio, check the browser-source audio route. If audio plays twice, remove duplicate monitoring or desktop capture. If nothing appears, refresh the browser source and confirm it uses the current personal URL.

Tier limits apply to sound count, file size, and related capacity. The dashboard should explain the current limit before upload. Compress or shorten a file instead of repeatedly uploading an oversized source.

The server records successful test state separately from live activation. Activation completes only when a configured feature produces a real outward result while the broadcaster is live.
