This Privacy Policy explains how MorrBot ("MorrBot", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit morrbot.com, connect a Twitch account, configure bot features, or purchase a paid subscription.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide or authorize, including Twitch account identifiers, display names, channel configuration, commands, redeems, uploaded sound or image assets, overlay settings, dashboard preferences, and support messages.
We may also collect service data such as authentication session details, bot activity logs, feature usage, IP address, browser information, error reports, and security events.
2. Twitch, Chat, and Stream Data
MorrBot processes Twitch-related data needed to provide bot features, such as chat commands, user activity, channel point redeems, follows, subscriptions, raids, stream status, and moderation or engagement settings you enable. This data is used to operate the bot, show dashboard state, and support streamer tools.
3. Billing Data
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment details, invoices, taxes, refunds, and order support. MorrBot does not store full payment card numbers.
We may receive limited billing-related information from Paddle, such as customer identifiers, subscription status, tier, renewal dates, transaction events, and buyer email when needed to activate paid features, provide support, prevent fraud, and keep account records.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve MorrBot features.
- Authenticate users and connect streamer dashboards to Twitch channels.
- Operate subscriptions, paid-tier access, support, and billing coordination.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, preserve service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
- Communicate about service updates, support requests, security issues, and account activity.
5. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate MorrBot, including hosting, storage, payment processing, support, analytics, security, and integrated services you choose to connect. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce terms, or to protect MorrBot, users, Twitch communities, or the public.
6. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide MorrBot, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Some logs and backups may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
7. Your Choices
You can disconnect integrations, change dashboard settings, cancel subscriptions, or stop using MorrBot at any time. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting support. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for security, billing, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should keep your Twitch account secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
9. International Use
MorrBot may process information in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. By using MorrBot, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.
10. Children's Privacy
MorrBot is not intended for children under 13 and should only be used by people old enough to manage a Twitch account and agree to these policies under applicable law.

We may update this policy when MorrBot changes or when legal, platform, or provider requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
