Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of MorrBot, a cloud-hosted Twitch bot and streamer tools service provided by MorrBot ("MorrBot", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website, connecting a Twitch account, or using MorrBot, you agree to these terms.
Billing notice: New MorrBot paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Legacy Fourthwall subscriptions may remain active during the migration period until the subscriber switches to Stripe or cancels Fourthwall billing.
1. Service Description
MorrBot provides Twitch-focused tools including chat commands, alerts, sounds, overlays, timers, point systems, AI-assisted features, and related dashboard functionality. Some features require a paid subscription tier and may be subject to usage limits shown on the pricing page or in the dashboard.
2. Accounts and Authorization
You must sign in with Twitch to use account-specific features. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Twitch account, keeping your account information accurate, and ensuring that your use of MorrBot complies with Twitch rules, community guidelines, and applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use MorrBot to abuse, harass, spam, defraud, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, evade platform enforcement, or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect MorrBot, Twitch communities, payment systems, or other users.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
New paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewal terms, and checkout details are shown before purchase. By buying a subscription, you agree to Stripe's applicable payment terms and privacy notices, as well as these MorrBot terms.
Legacy subscriptions originally purchased through Fourthwall remain subject to Fourthwall billing controls until migrated or canceled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Stripe subscribers can manage billing through the Stripe billing portal, and legacy Fourthwall subscribers can use Fourthwall subscription controls linked in their purchase emails or contact support.
5. Referral Program
MorrBot may offer referral links or codes. Referral discounts are available only to eligible new paid subscribers with no known prior paid MorrBot history through Stripe or Fourthwall. Invalid referral codes do not block normal checkout, but they do not provide a discount.
Referrer credits are earned only after the referred user has a first paid Stripe invoice. Credits are USD-only, never expire, and apply automatically to future Stripe invoices when a Stripe customer exists. Stripe customer credit balance cannot be reserved for a specific invoice. Referral credits have no cash value, are not refundable, and may be withheld or reversed for fraud, abuse, self-referrals, payment manipulation, or terms violations.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules are explained in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider that handled the charge, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain available to you.
7. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of commands, uploaded sounds, images, text, configuration, and other content you add to MorrBot. You grant MorrBot the limited rights needed to store, process, display, transmit, and play that content for the service. You represent that you have the rights needed for any content you upload or configure.
8. Third-Party Services
MorrBot integrates with services such as Twitch, Stripe, Fourthwall, Discord, and other providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MorrBot is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account actions.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep MorrBot reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued, especially where required by platform rules, security needs, legal obligations, or service reliability.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorrBot disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. MorrBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or streaming opportunities.
11. Termination
You may stop using MorrBot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or abuse risks, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that could harm MorrBot, Twitch communities, or third parties.
