Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of MorrBot, a cloud-hosted Twitch bot and streamer tools service provided by MorrBot ("MorrBot", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website, connecting a Twitch account, or using MorrBot, you agree to these terms.

Billing notice: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all MorrBot paid subscriptions. Paddle provides order-related customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Service Description

MorrBot provides Twitch-focused tools including chat commands, alerts, sounds, overlays, timers, point systems, AI-assisted features, and related dashboard functionality. Some features require a paid subscription tier and may be subject to usage limits shown on the pricing page or in the dashboard.

2. Accounts and Authorization

You must sign in with Twitch to use account-specific features. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Twitch account, keeping your account information accurate, and ensuring that your use of MorrBot complies with Twitch rules, community guidelines, and applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use MorrBot to abuse, harass, spam, defraud, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, evade platform enforcement, or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect MorrBot, Twitch communities, payment systems, or other users.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewal terms, and checkout details are shown before purchase. By buying a subscription, you agree to Paddle's buyer terms and privacy notice, as well as these MorrBot terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel through the Paddle buyer portal linked in your purchase emails, through available MorrBot dashboard billing controls, or by contacting support.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rules are explained in our Refund Policy. Paddle processes refunds as Merchant of Record, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain available to you.

6. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of commands, uploaded sounds, images, text, configuration, and other content you add to MorrBot. You grant MorrBot the limited rights needed to store, process, display, transmit, and play that content for the service. You represent that you have the rights needed for any content you upload or configure.

7. Third-Party Services

MorrBot integrates with services such as Twitch, Paddle, Discord, and other providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MorrBot is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account actions.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep MorrBot reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued, especially where required by platform rules, security needs, legal obligations, or service reliability.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorrBot disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. MorrBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or streaming opportunities.

10. Termination

You may stop using MorrBot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or abuse risks, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that could harm MorrBot, Twitch communities, or third parties.

11. Contact

For product support, billing coordination, or legal-policy questions, contact support@morrbot.com. For order-specific Paddle payment support, you may also use the buyer support links provided in your Paddle purchase emails.
