Manage MorrBot Billing, Cancellation, Referrals, and Refunds

Open the billing portal, cancel a plan, understand referral credits, and find the refund policy.

Manage a subscription

Open the dashboard billing or plan controls and use the Stripe customer portal for a current Stripe subscription. The portal shows the active plan, renewal information, invoices, payment method, and cancellation controls. Legacy Fourthwall memberships remain managed through Fourthwall until migrated or canceled.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing provider’s displayed terms. It does not delete the Twitch account or dashboard configuration.

Referral offer

After MorrBot verifies the first successful live use, Home shows the referral offer once. The referred eligible customer receives 50% off their first month, and the referrer receives a $3 subscription credit. Open Referrals to copy the code or campaign-tagged share link and review credited history.

Marketing attribution and billing referral ownership are separate. UTM parameters or a Google ad click cannot replace the stored referral owner.

Refunds and help

Read the current refund policy before requesting a refund. For a billing problem, contact support@morrbot.com with the Twitch channel ID or login and the relevant invoice date. Never email a full payment-card number.
